Version 8.0ec: Added new feature to better support high latency networks and networks that have a high UDP ramp time. This was necessary to exclude the higher ramp time from the UDP jitter statistics. A new 'voipomitpackets' setting in the .bin configuration file allows the test to exclude X packets from calculations in the VoIP test.
